 A shift manager is not just a “coordinator”, but a person who sees the whole picture: the pace, priorities, role distribution and reactions to situations.

A person who cares about the quality of guest service Standards are important, but even more important is that guests feel cared for. You will be the person who ensures this in the room.

Someone with very good communication skills In this role, there's a lot of talking, establishing, communicating, and explaining. If you can communicate clearly and calmly, you'll be in your element here.

What will be your tasks?

managing shifts at the Inn and organizing team work

supervising the quality of guest service

full cooperation with the head of the catering department

cooperation with other hotel departments (because Kocierz Resort is a system of communicating vessels)

supervision over the implementation of organized events

training of shift workers based on applicable standards

taking care of cleanliness and entrusted property
