Pool regulations
- The administrator of the swimming pool is the owner of the Kocierz Resort hotel complex - LS Invest Group Sp. z o. o. based in Andrychów.
- The swimming pool is open to hotel guests and individual guests throughout the week
from 08.00 to 21.00. - The opening time of the swimming pool may change for organizational reasons.
- The depth of the pool is from 90 cm to 140 cm.
- Before entering the swimming pool, please read the pool regulations and the relevant instructions for using the equipment there.
- Admission to the swimming pool is based on the ID of the Electronic Customer Service System.
- The pool can accommodate 30 people at one time, exceeding the number of people in the pool will result in its blockade.
- Children under 15 can use the swimming pool only under adult supervision.
- Before entering the locker room, you must change your shoes into swimming pool flip-flops.
- Those entering the swimming pool are obliged to use the main locker room, leave their covering there and use the shower.
- Swimming clothes suitable for swimming pool water are required in the swimming pool.
- The following is prohibited on the premises:
- consuming alcoholic beverages or other intoxicants,
- smoking,
- bringing in glass packaging, sharp tools and other dangerous items,
- making noise and littering the premises,
- introducing and staying animals,
- entry to persons whose condition clearly indicates that they are drunk or under the influence of other intoxicants,
- admission to persons whose health condition may pose a risk of drowning or endanger the health of other people using the pool.
- In the swimming pool area it is prohibited to:
- pushing or throwing other users into the water,
- consumption of food in the swimming pool area,
- polluting, throwing food scraps and any other objects into the water,
- using soap and other chemicals,
- Persons with external signs of skin diseases, open cuts, infectious diseases, difficult-to-heal wounds, lack of personal hygiene, epilepsy, breathing difficulties, balance disorders and aggressive behavior are prohibited from using the swimming pool.
- People with unstable health conditions should use the swimming pool with particular caution or after consulting a doctor. The pool administrator is not responsible for the health effects of staying in the swimming pool.
- Payment for the swimming pool will be charged in accordance with the applicable price list. If you are asked to leave the pool due to failure to comply with the regulations, fees paid will not be refunded.
- For damage to the facility's equipment and contamination of water in the swimming pool, a fee of 100% of the value of the damage applies.
- Persons violating public order or the provisions of the Pool Regulations, as well as those who do not comply with the recommendations of lifeguards or other employees of the Pool Administrator will be removed from the facility without reimbursement of entry costs.
- SPA Kocierz is not responsible for bodily injuries and accidents resulting from violation of the Regulations.
- Before using the swimming pool, it is necessary to leave your belongings in the locker room and in the lockers; Valuables should be left in deposit at the hotel reception. The pool administrator is not responsible for items left in the pool area, beyond the scope described in this point.
- Complaints and requests regarding the use of the swimming pool should be reported at the SPA reception.
- In accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Health of November 9.11.2015, XNUMX. regarding the requirements that water in swimming pools should meet, the client has the right to view current water tests available at the SPA reception.
- For the safety of bathers, it is recommended to observe each other and, if necessary, provide assistance. In the event of an accident, rescuers or facility staff should be notified immediately. Alarm phones:

- Kotel & SPA Kocierz reserves the right to block the entrance of external guests if the number of people using the wellness area is exceeded.
- Using the swimming pool is tantamount to familiarizing yourself with the pool regulations.
