RESERVATIONS
To take advantage of treatments, advance reservations are required at the SPA reception by calling +48 33 875 06 31. Our qualified staff will be happy to provide you with all the information you need about our services and help you choose the treatments best suited to your needs. If you would prefer your treatments to be performed by a massage therapist, please specify this when making your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.
VISIT
To ensure your complete comfort, we recommend arriving at the SPA reception desk at least 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened without any reduction in price. The maximum waiting time for your scheduled treatment is 10 minutes; after this time, your reservation will be automatically canceled. *TREATMENT DURATION IS COUNTED FROM THE MOMENT OF ENTERING THE ROOM. CLOTHING: Guests using SPA treatments are provided with disposable underwear, slippers, and a bathrobe before their treatment. We recommend arriving at the Spa without jewelry or valuables. Otherwise, you will be asked to remove jewelry before your treatment. Kocierz SPA is not responsible for valuables or jewelry left in the treatment room or locker room. The SPA is a quiet zone; for your relaxation and peace, we kindly ask that cell phones be turned off or silenced before entering the SPA.
RESIGNATIONS
We understand that plans can change, so you can cancel your treatment at least 5 hours before your scheduled appointment without incurring any fees. If you cancel less than 5 hours before your scheduled appointment, the spa reserves the right to charge 50% of the treatment cost or PLN 100 if the treatment type is not specified.
HOME SPA
To prolong and complement the effects of your spa treatment, we offer the option of purchasing products that will allow you to continue your spa therapy at home. The therapist's recommendation regarding the care regimen and cosmetics that best suit your skin's needs is free of charge.
