It was great. My only complaint is with your app. You promised all the necessary information, but there was no plan for the May Day weekend. The chat didn't work despite promises (it was due to a lack of hot water in the room). Only after I called the front desk did you resolve the matter, and very quickly, by the way. Great service! The receptionists, cleaning ladies, inn staff, spa ladies, and entertainers were all wonderful. We had a fantastic May Day weekend. We went to the cinema, had fun painting, played outdoor games, and went for a walk; we were extremely happy. The breakfasts were delicious. We had a fantastic time at the Kocierz Hotel restaurant and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. The food is simply excellent – ​​you can feel the quality of the ingredients and the passion put into preparing the dishes. The restaurant itself is a huge plus; the mountain climate creates a unique, cozy atmosphere in which you can completely relax. For us, as parents, the availability of a playroom is a huge plus. This allowed us to finish our meal peacefully, knowing that our children were having a great time right next to us. The whole experience is complemented by the very dedicated service – the waiters are helpful, smiling, and attentive to our guests at every turn. We will definitely be back! - 28/04/2026
