			A very nice family hotel. Daytime entertainment for children, an indoor pool, and saunas. We visited in December and the atmosphere was fantastic. The inn serves delicious food, and there's a children's corner nearby, which makes it even easier. We'll definitely be back in the summer. Highly recommended!		 - 13/01/2026

			We stayed at Kocierz Resort & Spa for our wedding anniversary, and it was a very successful choice. The hotel is located in a beautiful, peaceful spot, perfect for a romantic getaway away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the atmosphere throughout the property was relaxing. The spa area allowed us to fully unwind, and the restaurant served delicious and beautifully presented dishes. The service was courteous and helpful, making us feel truly well-cared for. 			I've been visiting for many years, so I'll write: WHAT HAS CHANGED! First, the positives: great location and views, good outdoor infrastructure (seasonal conservatory, summer pools with slides, a small ski practice slope with a lift). ACCESS was good (be careful on the serpentine roads – especially in winter!). BREAKFAST was delicious and varied (large selection, everything fresh, good fruit and vegetable juices squeezed on site). THE INDOOR POOL and SAUNAS are small (but sufficient for low occupancy). On the plus side, the expanded relaxation rooms with a mini graduation tower, outdoor sauna, and jacuzzi have been expanded following renovations. CLEANLINESS is good – although with many guests, they don't keep up with the times, and "missing" items are common (e.g., no bedding, bathrobe, bottled water, etc. for the third person in the room) – you have to call reception for refills (they're quick to arrange). The service is polite and helpful. If you stay at VILLA KOCIERZ (or the "studios" with side entrances), it has its advantages (greater peace and quiet), but you do have to go outside to use the pool, spa, or inn, for example. The food at the inn is very tasty (but a bit weaker than a few years ago and the portions are now smaller), and the "Kocierska Deska" menu is also less appealing – the more refined meats have been replaced by more "ground cutlets" dripping with oil – so it's better to choose separate dishes for everyone. For children, there's a fun play park in the room next to the dining hall. A table at the inn – it's best to book in advance! (Otherwise, you might end up in a side room). The inn's decor has also changed a bit – unfortunately, it's now "less traditional/highlander" – (for example, modern sofas have been placed between the regional wooden benches). HIGHLAND BAND – a very pleasant addition, but only on Saturdays from 18:00 p.m. to 20:00 p.m. (and often shorter – because sometimes after 2-3 songs they go play at a wedding in a separate building – at Baciarska Chata). I advise staying AVOIDING WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS – then there are a lot of people, it gets crowded and loud (both at the pool, in the inn, in the parking lots, and throughout the entire resort), which then means difficulties in accessing everything. To sum up: I RECOMMEND IT, BECAUSE IT'S WORTH IT!!! – taking into account the comments described above.		 - 07/12/2025
